We provide airport-related services in Vietnam, including but not limited to:

• Fast Track Immigration (arrival and departure)
• Airport Lounge Access
• Airport Transfer Service
• Related airport assistance as listed on our website

All services are subject to availability, airport regulations, and the information shown at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized communication channels.
• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Online payments may be processed through PayPal or other payment partners we display at checkout.
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed and paid bookings will not be affected.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking due to incomplete information, payment issues, suspected fraud, or regulatory restrictions.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official contact channels.
• Refund eligibility depends on the service type, airport rules, and how close the request is to the service time.
• Urgent or last-minute services may be non-refundable.
• A product page may list a specific cancellation policy; that listing applies to that service.
• Approved refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal, flight, and contact information.
• Ensuring passports, visas, and travel documents are valid.
• Arriving at the meeting point on time according to airline and airport requirements.
• Keeping your booking confirmation and contact number available on the service day.

We are not responsible for delays or failed service caused by incorrect information or failure to comply with immigration or airline regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide smooth and efficient services, we are not liable for:

• Airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
• Immigration or customs decisions made by government authorities
• Force majeure events (weather, strikes, system failures, airport closures, etc.)

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We protect personal information used to fulfill bookings. Data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, including the use of Google Analytics on this website.

7. Website Use

Content on this website (text, images, logos, and branding) belongs to PAS or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false booking information.
